2 weekends ago i went home to spend some time with my family. my dad just had surgery on his rotater cuff, so my step-mother rather ingeniously turned half of my dad’s shirt into a cape that goes over the sling. she took apart the seems on the whole right side of the shirt and then sewed them back together all while he was in surgery, and when people found out what she was doing - they all told her that she should sell her arm injury shirts. i agree with them. this is a rather bad picture of my father since he’s in a huge brace/sling and isn’t allowed to shower for a while, but i thought he looked pretty good for someone who had rotater cuff surgery 2 days before.
